Mission 3 is a super cool design-oriented mission! We’ve partnered with local designer Molly Rodriguez to create some Fiesta + Houston-inspired designs for ROXY.

LOMBRIES FILM - MISSION 4 - WATCH HERE

Lombriz- (noun) Vulgar or common Spanish term for worm.

Gusano- (noun) Proper Spanish term for worm. Also used as a slur against Cubans who fled the island after the communist revolution in 1959.

Lombries- (noun) Colloquial term given to hosts infected with the parasitic, mind-controlling worms in the outbreak of 2011. The term is specific to the Miami region, blending “Lombriz” with the term “Zombies,” even though hosts are not zombies nor undead.
