Los Angeles - Acoustic Spotlight

Los Angeles is a city of Rock and Roll - but it also has some amazing hidden gems. We’re gathering together some amazing acoustic acts to Rock on the Roxx and take over the internet.

Mission #1 - Chicago Top 10 Mural

Team John Aaron is gonna scour our collective people and unearth a brilliant muralist to depict 10 spots you gotta check out in Chicago. Keep your eyes open for someone drawing on the side of the building.  It may just be our doing.
Once the mural is finished we are gonna put on a crazy great party to cap off our first mission!

To help us win this mission,
1) “Check In” on Foursquare, which is a new way to find new places in your city, like this MURAL!

Mission #2: A Lil’ Downtown Mixer

We’re co-hosting a free mixer May 1, 2010 8-11pm at Blank Space* in downtown Orlando. Musical performance by a special guest, free drinks and light snacks.

For Mission 4 we partnered with a local film director to make a short film inspired by the 2011 Ford Fiesta

Mission One - Phoenix’s Hottest Spots

There are a variety of words that people use to describe the Phoenix-metro area, most of which begin with ‘hot’, but for those of us that live here, ‘community’ comes up time and time again. We are creating a mural that will celebrate ten places that we feel are bright spots in this community.

The Surf’s Up for Mission 3!

For this mission, Team Dallas is working with Roxy and the Fiesta Movement to bring a feeling of the beach to our lovely landlocked Dallas, Texas! The surf’s up at White Rock Lake, in Deep Ellum and at the Dallas Arts District. Plus, we’ll be hanging ten for our mission at awesome places across the city, and where we go is all up to you!
