The Ford Fiesta is coming stateside this summer. Until then, our 20 teams of agents are handing over the keys to their cities, working with the best local talent to reimagine the way Fiesta gets advertised. Support a nearby team as they compete against the rest of the country. Winners get their own 2011 Ford Fiesta (and all the glory).

Downtown Orlando is getting a brand new public park… for two hours. On May 20, 2010, 7-9pm, TheDailyCity.com Mobile Art Show is taking over one parking space adjacent to City Arts Factory in downtown Orlando as part of “Third Thursdays,” and turning it into a parking-space-size park with astro turf, lawn chairs and tables. The event is free and the public is welcome to have a seat, chat and take pictures and hav a mini downtown respite in the tiny park.

Mission #1 - Chicago Top 10 Mural
Team John Aaron is gonna scour our collective people and unearth a brilliant muralist to depict 10 spots you gotta check out in Chicago. Keep your eyes open for someone drawing on the side of the building. It may just be our doing.
Once the mural is finished we are gonna put on a crazy great party to cap off our first mission!
To help us win this mission,
1) “Check In” on Foursquare, which is a new way to find new places in your city, like this MURAL!
2) Text “tagger” to 44144 and ‘opt’ to receive text updates or email updates. Don’t worry, it’s not a spammie thing.
3) RSVP to our event. It’s going to be a huge party once the mural is finished.
About the Movement
For the next chapter of the Fiesta Movement – and in anticipation of Fiesta arriving in the U.S. – we’re letting its fans take a crack at the advertising. They’ll use their creativity to promote the new 2011 Fiesta. And you get to be the judge.
Agents who participate will get to use a Ford Fiesta over the program period. We’ll pay for the gas. Team members will compete for prizes (of varying dollar amounts) and will have an equal chance to win a Ford Fiesta.
